We spent a number of years running our own B2C ecommerce website, and our greatest principle was that by offering outstanding customer service, we would reap the rewards. The business ran for four years and we sold it to develop the concept of Customer Seal - that if other ecommerce retailers could demonstrate their committment to great customer service, they should be rewarded.
