The audit will be carried out within one calendar month of your application, subject to approval that your organisation meets the minimum requirements of the audit. You will be informed of the result within or at the end of the calendar month, depending on how your audit progressed.
If you fail the audit, we will inform you that you have failed within the calendar month. We will not specify how you failed, but may provide some pointers if relevant. These pointers are not grounds for discussion with us, more to allow you to examine where you may need to build up certain aspects of your customer relationships.
You can then choose to either have your fee refunded, or we can retain your fee and you will be re-evaluated. Your re-evaluation will commence one calendar month after the date we have notified you that you did not pass. If you do not pass your second audit, we will automatically refund your fee, and you may not then be considered for a further audit for twelve months.
You wil notified within the calendar month that you have passed. We will send you a short report covering some generalisations regarding your company, and you will also be sent details of how you can log in to your dashboard and obtain your display seals for your website, and see certain statistics regarding your usage.
StoreScore is our internal system for grading your store. We use a number of proprietary systems to evaluate your customer effectiveness. We don't, for obvious reasons, disclose many parameters of the StoreScore methodology.
