Refund Policy

Fee refunds are offered under the following framework:

If you are not eligible for the scheme

If you have applied and paid for the scheme, but are deemed not to be a suitable organisation for audit (see the requirements page) you will receive a full refund.

If you have failed the audit

If you have failed the audit twice (or once and have opted not to be audited a second time), then you will receive a full refund.

If you have passed the audit

Once you have passed the audit and have been notified by Customer Seal of your success, then no refund is available.

Refunds are paid against the payment method.
