Requirements

You must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for the Customer Seal audit:

  1. You must supply physical products to your customers, deliverable via regular mail or courier. This does not include downloadable products or consulting services.
  2. Your website must clearly show how to contact you. This contact method must not be hidden or obfuscated in any way.
  3. You must have either an email address, telephone number or a contact form on your website available at all times for all customers.
  4. Your organisation must have a physical location in the United Kingdom, the USA, France, Spain or Canada.
  5. Your organisation must be reachable by regular mail or courier to validate the presence of your geographic location. This cannot be a PO Box or a mailing address.
  6. You must have clear links to your Terms & Conditions and a Privacy Policy on your web site.
  7. The domain name that you are trading from has been registered for at least six (6) months.
  8. You are in compliance with distance selling regulations (or alternative regulations) in the state that you are physically based.
  9. You have not failed an audit within the previous six months with Customer Seal.
  10. You agree to be bound by Customer Seal's Terms & Conditions.
